Re-formatting
TBD ran OCR (text-recognition software) on all of the attached PDFs.
TBD also cropped mis-shapened pages (to fit an 8½-x-11 inch letter size).

TBD is NOT the authority for the date that these FOs were entered (and/or rendered). The entry dates shown on this website directory (and unofficial reporter series) might not be the actual entry dates!
TBD used the following process to set the dates-of-entry:
1. IF the FO had an FCHR timestamp then TBD used that timestamp as the date-of-entry.
2. ELSE TBD used the commissioners' signature date.
3. ELSE TBD used the clerk's signature date.
4. OTHERWISE TBD used the date that the FCHR Final Order credited as the date-of-entry.
