Filing Date

TBD is NOT the authority for the filing date of these PFRs. The filing dates shown on this website directory (and unofficial reporter series) might not be the actual filing dates!

TBD used the following process to set the filing date:

1. IF the PFR had an FCHR timestamp then TBD used that timestamp as the filing date.

2. ELSE TBD used the date that DOAH's Recommended Order credited as the filing date.

3. ELSE TBD used the complainant's signature date.

4. ELSE TBD used the notary's timestamp.

5. OTHERWISE TBD used the date that the FCHR Final Order credited as the filing date.
