Art. II §15 | COMPENSATION, EXPENSES AND ALLOWANCES OF MEMBERS

The President of the Senate and members of the General Assembly shall receive an annual salary and an annual expense allowance for transportation and such other necessary and proper purposes as the General Assembly shall by law provide. Funds appropriated hereunder shall be paid out of the Treasury of the State.
