Art. VII §4.1 | CIGARETTE TAX RATES

To ensure revenue for the dedication provided for in Article VII, Section 10.8(C)(2)(c) of this constitution, the rate of the tax levied pursuant to R.S. 47:841(B)(3) shall not be less than the rate set forth in that provision as it exists on January 1, 2012.
