SECTION C | SERVICE OF PAPERS

1. For purposes of serving counsel with "papers" (i.e. written documents filed or served in case) in accordance with the rules of procedure and judicial administration, attorneys should maintain at all times, and provide opposing counsel with, an active email address, facsimile number, and mailing address, and attorneys should not tum off or deactivate their email or facsimile equipment/systems.
Congratulations! You're now booked up on Section C from the Guidelines for Professional Conduct (from the Trial Lawyer Section of the FL Bar)!

You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.

For instance, you might need to examine one of these codes of conduct in order to protect yourself from judges/lawyers/organizations who break the law (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).

Nevertheless – and as always – please get the justice you deserve.

Sincerely,
