RULE 6.1 | FORM

Complaints may be filed on the form contained in the Appendix to these Rules, and available from these other sources:
• on the court’s web site at www.ca11.uscourts.gov;

• by telephoning the court’s Clerk’s Office at 404-335-6577;

• by visiting or writing to the court’s Clerk’s Office at the address shown in 11th Cir. JCDR 6.6; or

• from the clerk of any district court or bankruptcy court within the Eleventh Circuit.
Congratulations! You're now booked up on Rule 6.1 from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals' Rules of Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings!
You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.

For instance, you might need to examine one of these codes of conduct in order to protect yourself from judges/lawyers/organizations who break the law (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).

Nevertheless – and as always – please get the justice you deserve.

Sincerely,
