Purpose
The rule is to be repealed. There will be no adverse effect on the public.Summary
Communications Media Technology proceedings are covered by Chapter 28-109 of the Uniform Rules of Procedure. Therefore, this rule is not needed and should be repealed.Regulatory Costs
The Agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule.
