Purpose

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments is to have the rule requirements comport with the statutory requirements.

Summary

The proposed rule amendments will result in rule requirements that comport with the statutory requirements. Specifically, all references to redeterminations, which are not provided for in Chapter 760, Florida Statutes, will be deleted from the rules.

Regulatory Costs

No statement of estimated regulatory cost has been prepared. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

IF REQUESTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, A HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW (IF NOT REQUESTED, THIS HEARING WILL NOT BE HELD):

(g)(h) promote favorable public and community relations;

(h)(i) administer the day-to-day business of the Commission;

(i)(j) perform such other functions as the Commission may assign by rule or order.
