Purpose
The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments is to have the rule requirements comport with the statutory requirements.Summary
The proposed rule amendments will result in rule requirements that comport with the statutory requirements. Specifically, all references to redeterminations, which are not provided for in Chapter 760, Florida Statutes, will be deleted from the rules.Regulatory Costs
