§7-5.20 | SEPARATE CITY SCHOOL SYSTEMS

In Butler County, no municipality lying within the county may establish a separate city school system after January 1, 2022, without the prior approval of a majority of the qualified electors of the county voting at a referendum election held during a regularly scheduled statewide general election in the county.
