§22-10.20 | TERM OF OFFICE

Effective beginning the next term of office after the ratification of this amendment, the Revenue Commissioner of Cullman County shall take office on December l following the general election in November 2026, and every six years thereafter. In order to implement the change in the commencement of the term of the revenue commissioner provided above, the term of the Revenue Commissioner serving on the ratification of the amendment shall expire on November 30, 2026. The revenue commissioner shall continue to serve until a successor is elected and qualified.
