§66-2.20 | JUDGE OF PROBATE COMPENSATION
All fees, commissions, allowances, percentages, and other charges heretofore collected for the use of the judge of probate of Wilcox county shall continue to be collected but shall be paid into the general fund of Wilcox county.
The county commission of Wilcox county shall provide the judge of probate with such office personnel, equipment and supplies as such county commission may consider necessary for the proper and efficient conduct of his office. Compensation of any personnel so provided shall be fixed by the county commission and shall be paid in equal monthly installments out of the general fund of Wilcox county.
