§67-10.00 | CONSOLIDATION OF OFFICES; REVENUE COMMISSIONER
Unless otherwise provided by law, the revenue commissioner of Winston county shall be charged with the performance of any duty provided by law for the tax assessor and tax collector of Winston county, and his compensation shall be fixed by law.
