Art. V §6 | NOTIFICATION TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR CASES INVOLVING THE STATE

It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Clerks of any intermediate courts of appeal, respectively, whenever a case shall be brought into said Courts, in which the State is a party or has interest, immediately to notify the Attorney General thereof (amended by Chapter 10, Acts of 1966, ratified Nov. 8, 1966; Chapter 681, Acts of 1977, ratified Nov. 7, 1978; Chapter 82, Acts of 2021, ratified Nov. 8, 2022).
