Adoption.

Unless otherwise noted, the provisions of present Article V were adopted April 23, 1968, P.L.App.16, Prop. No.7, effective January 1, 1969.

Prior Provisions.

Former Article V (The Judiciary) was repealed by amendment of April 23, 1968, P.L.App.16, Prop. No.7.
