Adoption.

The provisions of Schedule No.1 were adopted December 16, 1873, 1874 P.L.3, effective January 1, 1874.

Partial Repeal of Schedule.

See section 2 of Proposal No.7 of 1968 in the appendix to the Constitution for provisions relating to the partial repeal of Schedule No.1. That no inconvenience may arise from the changes in the Constitution of the Commonwealth, and in order to carry the same into complete operation, it is hereby declared, that:
