Preface
These Rules were promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States, after public comment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§331 and 358, to establish standards and procedures for addressing complaints filed by complainants or identified by chief judges under the Judicial Conduct and Disability Act, 28 U.S.C. §§351–364.You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.
For instance, you might need to examine one of these codes of conduct in order to protect yourself from judges/lawyers/organizations who break the law (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).
Nevertheless – and as always – please get the justice you deserve.
