Any complaints submitted to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation are confidential and exempt. Section 337.168, F.S. The Department of Transportation’s official project cost estimates and potential bidders’ identities are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1) for a limited period of time as prescribed therein.
