Section 464.0096, F.S., Specified records obtained from the coordinated licensure health information system established in s. 464.0095 are exempt as are portions of meetings of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators where exempt records are discussed. Section 464.208(2), F.S. Criminal records or juvenile records relating to vulnerable adults that are obtained by the Board of Nursing for purposes of determining whether a person meets the requirements of Part II of Ch. 464, relating to certified nursing assistants are confidential and exempt from s. 119.07(1).
