Section 548.021(2), F.S. Disclosure of a license applicant’s social security number which is obtained by the State Athletic Commission pursuant to the statute is limited to child support enforcement purposes. Section 548.062(2), F.S. Proprietary confidential business information, as defined in the exemption, provided by a promoter to the Florida State Boxing Commission or obtained by the commission through an audit of a promoter’s books and records is confidential and exempt.
