Purpose
The proposed rule amendment seeks to delete unnecessary information from rule Title 60Y and clarify other phrases within the rule because it is not necessary to name a particular person as the Clerk of the Commission. The effect will be to eliminate all personal identifications within the rules.Subject Area to be Addressed
