After commencement of the open meeting but prior to conducting the regular business of the Council, a closed door attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes (2009), to discuss strategy related to litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations in Michael W. Zeigler v. West Florida Regional Planning Council, Florida Commission on Human Relations Case No. 200901120, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Case Nos. 15D200900371 and 420-2008-02028. The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation.
