Purpose
The proposed rule amends the time period in which a Complainant can amend their complaint to aid in the Commission meeting statutory required timelines for completing investigations.Subject Area to be Addressed
The proposed rule seeks to reduce the time period to amend complaints as to increase agency compliance with statutory timelines, and removes an unnecessary "the" from the language of the "answer."Notification
