Purpose
The proposed rule chapter provides for Commission’s implementation of the provisions of Sections 112.3187-112.31895, F.S., making it unlawful for any agency or independent contractor of an agency to take retaliatory action against an employee who reports violations of law to an appropriate agency under Sections 112.3187-112.31895, F.S.; the “Whistle-blower’s Act.”Summary
