(a) Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, Marshal's deeds for property sold in execution or upon foreclosure or other order or decree of the Court shall not be acknowledged or delivered until ten (10) days after the date of sale and thereafter pending a ruling by the Court upon objections or other applications, if any, filed within such fourteen (14) day period.
