I received a Case Management order for my case, do I need to attend?Failure to attend can result in dismissal or other sanctions. If you have received a cmc hearing and the case was dismissed/settled/closed/filed bankruptcy, etc., please upload an Agreed Order of Dismissal through the Judge’s workbench on CMS. Upon signage from the Judge, you will be provided with an email alert regarding the same and your CMC hearing will be cancelled.
