LOCAL RULE 06 | UNIFORM MOTION CALENDAR
Pursuant to Local Rule 10A Monday through Thursday @ 8:45 a.m. (5 minutes only).
Uniform Motion Calendar starts promptly at 8:45 A.M. via ZOOM video conference until further notice from this Court.
Notice of Hearing and Pleadings MUST be uploaded through CMS – supporting documents as required by Local Rule 10A no later than five (5) working days prior to said hearing. Failure to comply with Local Rule 10A may result in your case not being heard. All cancellations must be done via the Court Management System (CMS) immediately by the scheduling party. ***Please email the division email if there are Requests for add-on Motions to UMC, and Motions that are special set. Please confer with opposing counsel’s position before you request an add-on.
IT IS MANDATORY that all parties consult with each other regarding availability.
Please DO NOT CALL the Judicial Assistant to cancel or confirm your Motion Calendar hearing.
You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.
For instance, you might need to understand certain local rules to recover from the damages that lawbreaking judges/lawyers have inflicted upon you (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).
