LOCAL RULE 15 | TRIAL CONTINUANCE/CANCELLATION
If a case is settled prior to the calendar call or trial date, immediately notify the Court at div03@17th.flcourts.org and file a Notice of Settlement or Dismissal.
Reminder, in your email of notification please advise when the date of your Calendar Call or the date of your scheduled Trial. A copy of the filed Notice of Settlement or Dismissal must be attached to the email.
You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.
For instance, you might need to understand certain local rules to recover from the damages that lawbreaking judges/lawyers have inflicted upon you (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).
