LOCAL RULE 06 | SPECIAL SET HEARINGS PROCEDURES
Any add-on motions to the special set docket must be authorized by Judge Bidwill, no later than 5 days prior to the hearing. You will need to upload a copy of the motion you wish to add-on, along with a cover letter (as supporting document) advising same and if the motion will require any additional time and if so, how much extra time.
You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.
For instance, you might need to understand certain local rules to recover from the damages that lawbreaking judges/lawyers have inflicted upon you (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).
