LOCAL RULE 11 | TELEPHONIC HEARINGS
The Court cannot guarantee that a motion to appear telephonically will be reviewed and ruled upon if the motion and proposed order are received by the Court less than five (5) business days prior to the hearing.
You might need to reference it during your pursuit of justice.
For instance, you might need to understand certain local rules to recover from the damages that lawbreaking judges/lawyers have inflicted upon you (see this example of a Florida judge who outright committed perjury).
