Courtesy copy must be uploaded through CMS as required by Local Rule 10A no later than five (5) working days prior to said hearing. Failure to fully comply with Local Rule 10A may result in your case not being heard. All cancellations must be done on the Court Management System (CMS) immediately by the setting party.
