If the case is not at issue due to an outstanding motion, the motion must be scheduled immediately; however, this does not excuse the parties from case management.
Case management is being scheduled as the case is not scheduled for trial. If the parties choose a calendar call and generate the trial order online, the case management will be cancelled. If the parties elect to enter the trial order, please email Div25 informing us that a calendar call has been elected and I will cancel the case management hearing, but if you don't receive a response from Div25 that the CM has been cancelled, the parties MUST appear at the hearing. Sometimes case management is scheduled to ask the parties:
2) Motions have been filed but there is no hearing schedule, etc.
