- The Judge needs a courtesy binder for Bench Trials, if there are a voluminous amount of Exhibits (25 or more).
- Exhibits must be uploaded to “Supporting Documents”
- Exhibits that are agreed by both sides need to be marked as: Exhibit 1 and so on.
- Exhibits that are opposed need to be marked as ID:
- for example A, B, C and so on
- Exhibits that exceed 25 exhibits, please go to the 4th floor, Civil Division and ask for Exhibits Labels. (if the Bench Trial is IN PERSON ONLY).
- Pre-Trials Stipulation, Exhibit and Witnesses List must be filed with the Clerk’s Office.
