UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
All hearings will be conducted telephonically either by conference call or ZOOM video conferencing. No hearings shall be held at the courthouse.
All attorneys must first receive a time and date for the hearing given by the Judicial Assistant. You may request a hearing by email. Be sure to state the name of the motion(s) and the amount of time necessary. Div26@17th.flcourts.org
If the matter proceeds as a conference call, the parties must provide the court with a phone/access code number for all parties to use. The number should also be placed on your notice of hearing.

If you wish a court reporter to attend the hearing it is your responsibility to secure the court reporter who shall appear telephonically and state his/her presence at the beginning of the hearing.For any evidence admitted, unless otherwise ordered by the Judge, the moving party shall mark the evidence as instructed by the division Judge and file same with the clerk when normal court activities resume.
