STANDARD OF REVIEW = ABUSE OF DISCRETION

We review the district court's order for abuse of discretion, and we are bound by the district court's findings unless clearly erroneous. Milliken v. Bradley, 433 U.S. 267, 288, 97 S.Ct. 2749, 2761, 53 L.Ed.2d 745 (1977); Lee v. Anniston City School Sys., 737 F.2d 952 (11th Cir. 1984).
