JUDGE BOWMAN’S SPECIAL SET DOCKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE CMS SYSTEM BEGINNING IN 2023. Our office will no longer be accepting requests for special settings unless there is approval by Judge and time permits.Pursuant to AOSC20-23 - all cases that are at issue and in excess of 18 months will be set for trial. The court will strictly be enforcing time standards.
UMC is 5 minutes only - Mon - Thurs - 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM - (Judge will stop hearing motions at 9:30 AM) - Two (2) motions on the same case per motion calendar may be set simultaneously - if not scheduled in this manner hearings will be subject to cancellation without notice.
