All Agreed Orders, such as Final Orders of Dismissal, Final Judgements, Continuances, etc., and Ex-Parte Motions to Compel should be submitted electronically by uploading the Order on CMS. Do not submit duplicate orders if the party has submitted the Order electronically. When a party uploads an Order following a hearing, please include in the beginning of the Order any hearing date and the title of the motion the Court is ruling on as follows:
